Self Healing is the act of healing yourself through the power of your mind, with out the need for medication. There are many examples of how you can heal your emotional and physical injuries through the power of thinking positively.

It is more often the case that when people discover that there is something wrong with them, they invariably concentrate on their “condition”, thus making it worse in the process. Medical practitioners often make things worse by prescribing drugs that do nothing more than mask the symptoms.

The purpose of this blog is to help you discover ways in which your mind can be your drug of choice. The Human race generally uses only 10% of their full potentials; isn’t it time that we learnt to tap into the other 90? Once we begin to use the full potential of our minds, only then can we once and for all say to the pharmaceutical industry “thanks, but no thanks”.
